During his speech in plenary today, Frank Engel asked the Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban: “If all foreign influence is bad, why do you accept the payment of 5 billion euros annually as the biggest net recipient of European structural funds in order to plaster the whole country with posters where you call Brussels 'crap'?
